Amazing trainer! Definitely helped me overcome my plateau within my fitness goals. Mason's extremely patient, friendly, and informative when it came down to a work out & eating regime. Mason's been training me for a little over a year now; since then I have lost ~80 lbs and am in the best condition of my life. He makes working out as fun as it can be and is great company - and for $10/hr, how can you go wrong!? 10/10 recommend Mason as a personal trainer for anyone whom is trying to reach their fitness goals.

I went to see Tami originally because I wanted to increase muscle and lose fat, which is getting harder as I age! She gave me some eating strategies which helped, such as watching for hidden sugar and increasing my protein. As my visits continued, Tami suggested I may have some food sensitivities getting in the way of my progress, given some of the symptoms I experienced and just thought I had to tolerate. Tami worked with me as we went through the results of the tests and helped me navigate the hidden ingredients which I was sensitive to. She was very supportive, which was good, as it was (and still is) hard. Now Tami and I are working on the impact of stress on seeing the results I am aiming for. Tami tells me what I need to hear, but always with empathy and kindness. I have found a food therapist in Tami!

Lauren is a talented dietician I had the pleasure of first working with 3 years ago. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for anybody seeking support around weight and health concerns. Lauren provides a 'no-diet' approach and incorporates really exciting mindful eating education - preventing the typical yo-yo cycle created by short term diets. I continue to refer people to Lauren to this day because I know she can help, and she'll do so with her wonderful sense of humor and compassion.
