Albert was great! I have been using one handyman for about 15 years and then he retired, so I needed a new one and Albert is the one! he fixed my drain in less time than my old handyman did! and he is coming back to do some electrical work in a few weeks, I highly recommend! And my dog likes him too!Aug 21, 2019Verified

Communicated very well, and was responsive to changing some of his work, to a satisfactory conclusion.Sep 21, 2019Verified
Prompt and efficient. He had his own tools/extra parts/screws in case I didn't have them for all my curtains installations. He's really funny and nice. Thank you Albert.Nov 25, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I don't like to overcharge! I like to do a exceptional job at a fair price! I actually take more pride in my work than I do my compensation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Well after the customer initiates contact, I'll usually respond with an email with a avalibility window and Phone # and ask the customer to contact me to set up an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 32 years of professional field experience. Actually my cousin/ Godfather came out of the Navy with an electrical engineering degree and was a foreman at the Philadelphia Naval Yard for 20 years! He taught me electricity when I was about 10 years old. I worked as an Electrician's Apprentice when I was 12 years old! I pulled my first 100 amp service at that time!
