Kyle Douvros is a truly excellent property manager. He manages my rental property in Santa Monica property while I live out-of-state. I no longer stress about maintenance, tentant or HOA issues because Kyle is on top of it all. He even managed the process of making design updates in my unit (new floors, closets, fireplace and appliances) in order to increase my property’s rental value. I could not ask for a better property manager.

We hired SIG Property Management to lease out our condo in Glendale. From the moment we met Mike Shaar and Monique Reneaux I knew we had the right company to get the job done. They were very nice and extremely professional. We were are on a tight schedule which I explained and they understood and worked within our schedule. They did a great job of advertising the unit and showing it. We had lots of prospective tenants. They were great at keeping in touch with us and letting us know what was going on from beginning to end. We got great tenants and all thanks to SIG Property Management. We highly recommend them for rental of units and property management. Mike Shaar and his staff went above and beyond and met all of our expectations.

I am a contractor and have managed my properties my self for long time as I had bad experience with property management companies in the past. Since I was busy with my contractor work and my renter got behind in paying rent for 2 months I had to turn to a property management who would be more on top of collecting rents. After interviewing few companies I hired EZ Realty & Property Management company. They collected the 2 months rent that my renter was behind also suggested that I should increase rents for my property. They did a fantastic job at this 4 Plex property that after seeing how they run business I handed them my other 5 properties. My number one reason to hand them my properties was their response time, their commitment to me as an owner. They were even able to find me more rental properties to purchase where I did the full rehab and made some good profit. I am very thankful to the entire team who has been doing a great service to me. I was really impressed by Chris's services. She is unlike other realtors and goes the extra mile . I would give her 10 stars if I could because she truly deserves it. I was on the hunt for investment properties and she listened intently on my needs and goals and she was able to deliver. You can tell she is service driven and works hard for her clients. She is extremely knowledgable and her analytical skills really helped me in with my decisions. She made the whole process very enjoyable and I knew she had my best interest. She extended her network of contractors and vendors who were all excellent to help with some minor repairs and replacements. I am grateful for all her help and guidance through the buying process.

Found Charla's contact info on some rental listing so I just sort of lucked out I guess. She immediately responded with several nice options to choose from and we narrowed it down to just a few. Her timely responses and 'no nonsense' attitude helped me secure a great apartment that was getting heavy interest in addition to myself. If you want someone to get it handled for you and you're not a big fan of wasting time, don't bother calling anybody else. :)

Amazing people! I highly recommend PMI golden state to any home owners out there! My tenant was calling me day and night for every little thing and honestly it was very bothersome so I decided to hire a property management company and called numerous places but didn't like how all these agencies were just too aggressive and didn't sound sincere. Then I've heard some great things about PMI so I decided to give them a call. From the first phone call I already knew I could trust them so we set up a meeting. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, very patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly and precise. And guess what, there has been 0 phone call ever since they took over. What's great about them is that they report everything on my owner's portal so it's easy for me to get an update without having to call them. How convenient is that? These guys know what they are doing! Thank you PMI golden state for your impeccable service and I'll highly recommend you to anyone who is seeking a property management. (Two thumbs up)

This is my first time working with Neil from Bella Earth Design. He was friendly, professional and had some wonderful creative design ideas. He was easy to work with and open to hearing my ideas and plant interests. I have a small house and small yard in Long Beach. I wanted a designer with a creative eye, professionalism, and some unique design ideas. He fulfilled the requirement. He was responsive to questions. His work proceeded in a timely manner without no surprises. He provided me with an email on various plants to review to get a sense of the type of plants, trees, and shrubs i am going for. We started out with an onsite initial consultation, where he was able to look at the property. He came back with two visual design options for me to choose from. The drawings included all the plant choices, ground covers, and some added visual features, which i appreciated. We reviewed both drawings and made some changes based on the consultation. His third meeting more of a final drawing where we agreed upon the final draft of what it would look like. So, now just waiting on the final budget and the work to begin. I strongly recommend you choosing Neil with Bella Earth Design for your next landscape design project.

I had to hire Mr. Morgan Cubete from PMI Temecula at tbe beginning of my 2week vacation. Before my vacation was over, he already had tenant applications ready for me to choose from. Mr. Cubete was very professional, very responsive to my many texts and emails.
