Other services like day to dusk edit, virtual staging, property website, and floorplan (if purchase with 3D Virtual Tour) is also available for additional cost. I am UAS certified and licensed for commercial drone photography. I'm available as soon as the next day. One-day turnaround guarantee. I do follow the COVID-19 safety procedure. I believe that every house deserves to be captured. As a freelance photographer, I always put customer service at the top of my priorities. Price will varies based on the size of the property and the services that you want to order. Please contact me for a precise quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We talk! I will need to learn certain information (address, services you want, and desire date and time), and I will answer any questions that you have. Step 2: Photoshoot! Step 3: Delivery! I will edit the photos on my end and then send to you a link to download the photos or link to the Matterport 3D. Done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a part 107 certificate.
