I love the Perfect Trainer in Saratoga Village. It's all inclusive 1-on-1 training in a private setting. I feel relaxed and am not intimidated by all the hard bodies that like to show off all their muscles and how good they look. Lala is very thorough. I can ask her a question about any mobility/strength/conditioning issue and she'll always have an answer that makes sense and is practically useful. If you have injuries and need help with working out, I recommend Lala for great results. Lala's great for any fitness goals you might have even if you're not injured. She shared with me a comprehensive meal plan which I need to implement on how to cook and eat right. So she's pretty much a complete solution for me when it comes to strength training, mobility, cardio conditioning and fitness related nutrition.
This man is really amazing. He makes you feel comfortable and really challenges you. He definitely knows his stuff. And on top of that, he's hilarious! We have been to several different fitness centers and have worked with many trainers over the years. Will is the first trainer that we really have enjoyed working with. He takes time to know not only us but our individual needs as well. He has carefully customized a fitness program to help strengthen our weakness areas. Will has patience and takes time to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly. We are 74 and 71 years of age and Will has given us the courage to keep us motivated and highly moble for the coming years.
I am a mother of 3, when I first started with David I was about 15-20 lbs away from my total weight loss goal. I only had a few months to get to where I wanted before my wedding. My first appointment with David we went over my goals, I was educated on nutrition and what I could expect from my particular body type. I left feeling very confident that with effort from both parts I would indeed meet my goal! I train 5 days a week for 30 min and am down almost 10 lbs body fat and gained a total of 3 or more lbs of muscle In 4 weeks. I feel great and my confidence level is through the roof! Working with Leah has been a really great experience so far. She is so passionate about exercise and also about helping me reach my personal fitness goals. She is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining why we do certain movements, what we can expect to gain from doing them, and how to do them with proper form, which is extremely helpful and very important to me. For years, my workout regimen consisted of running and Pilates. Running strengthened my heart and legs, while Pilates kept my core muscles strong and flexible. I have never been much of a fitness fan. In fact the idea of getting back into shape after a long time of unhealthy habits scared me tremendously. Omar was my fitness trainer twice a week for approximately 4 months. He was always prepared, professional and extremely knowledgable. He encouraged me to work harder as well as teaching me good body form and nutrition information. We set goals and Omar helped me achieve them. He kept a close eye on my progress and always made sure I was progressing. He is a positive and energenic trainer and I would highly recommend him.
Man, where do I begin. Since day one Dante has always followed through on his promises. His words were, "in two weeks you will feel it, it four weeks you will see it, and in six weeks you will hear it!" When I heard someone tell me that I'd lost weight, that's when u knew I had invested in myself! I've been working out for years on my own, since I played football in high school actually. I know a lot, but Dante showed me a new world of fitness, and a whole new way of life in the gym. His workouts never repeat, and his exercises are his own. He's definitely a coach and a motivator. He pushes you! That's exactly what I needed. A push! I would never push myself the way he pushes me. I highly recommend him as you're coach.

I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally. I would recommend him to anyone no matter what stage of fitness you are. He has set a great foundation for my future goal. Can’t thank him enough.
