I have couple months training with Armando and I totally believe I made the right decision. During the last 5 years Ive been putting up some weight and no feeling too proud about it, especially because Im short and weight started to cause some foot and knee pain. Ive always postponed work out, it was not my priority but after training with Armando, I feel like I need to go for a session every day so I can get my Feeling good dose. Armandos positivism makes my work out enjoyable even though he pushes me and takes all my energy with every exercise. Armando has motivated me to keep going and give 100% every time we meet. He is professional, he listens, analyzes every piece of information I give him and he even suggests a relax/stretch session to get rid of stress I bring from work. When I first started, he analyzed my measurements, goals, posture, time and health and came up with a plan to target my problematic areas. I have only couple months training and I can see a few changes already. I feel more energetic and with the desire of keep going. Armando makes sure I have the right posture/form and execute moves in a proper way so that I can get the best from my workout and benefit from every move. I thank Armando for his support and guidance in every session and especially for pushing to keep a good nutrition. I would recommend Armando if you are serious about your work out. He is a great trainer; you will get the best of his knowledge and enthusiasm in every session.

From day one he works with you on a plan to achieve your goals. He incorporates fitness, diet and recovery into his plans to make sure you get results! He continually changes up the fitness routines to make sure your fitness levels keep improving. Each month we set a focus, a goal and reflect on the past month. Ive seen trainers in the past who very passively watch their clients. Justin is very involved making sure you have proper form and are being challenged. His feedback is effective and well-researched. When I had some issues with shoulder tightness I came in the next day and he was ready with some stretches and techniques to help target that! The Kula Team also has an amazing meal prep plan to get you started or to help you continue on the right path to health. Their bowls and snacks are tasty, varied and affordable! Jeremy and I use to train together in high school, now he trains me while I am trying to get my health and weight back under control since being diagnosed with T2 diabetes. We've been training since Sept 2013 and I have lost 10lb since. Never felt better in years and getting into a strong grove to shake the weight and keep it off. Not only does he trains, but he constantly checks me on my nutrition to regulate what I put in my body. He keeps it fun, active and positive. Always utilizing new methods that he learns from his peers so the training is not always the same every session. If you understand diabetes, it can be difficult to lose the weight while trying to maintain your blood glucose at a safe level. Kathy makes working out a fun experience and caters the excercise program to your needs. She pays attention to your goals and any limitations you may have. She is one of those trainers that geniunely cares about making you a better version of yourself. I love that she takes the work outs anywhere...her studio, the outdoors, any place can become an excercise forum. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a different approach to health and fitness.
Man, where do I begin. Since day one Dante has always followed through on his promises. His words were, "in two weeks you will feel it, it four weeks you will see it, and in six weeks you will hear it!" When I heard someone tell me that I'd lost weight, that's when u knew I had invested in myself! I've been working out for years on my own, since I played football in high school actually. I know a lot, but Dante showed me a new world of fitness, and a whole new way of life in the gym. His workouts never repeat, and his exercises are his own. He's definitely a coach and a motivator. He pushes you! That's exactly what I needed. A push! I would never push myself the way he pushes me. I highly recommend him as you're coach.

I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally. I would recommend him to anyone no matter what stage of fitness you are. He has set a great foundation for my future goal. Can’t thank him enough. I met Suruchi in person and the initial session was great. The meal plan was very detailed and she gave me a good mix of options which suited my lifestyle. The meal plan also included Indian food options which was great.
