I had a dear friend's son get in terrible car accident, which after 2 weeks ended in death. I contacted Silvia, originally wanting her to go to the Hospital to give massages to family members there. She contacted the hospital & arranged everything, but due to son's death, it never happened. So she ended up using the gift massages for the widow. The widow finally used the massage and loved it. This was all conducted with me being out of town, and she could not have been more accommodating. She kept following up and went above and beyond! Thank you Silvia.

I highly recommend Lilah. I've received massage therapy regularly most of my life, but Lilah gives me the best massages I have ever had. My low back pain went away and I noticed a huge improvement in the range of motion in my hips. Five stars!!

I suffer from low back pain; muscle tightness, and stiffness throughout my whole body, with my hips legs and shoulders carrying the worst of it. With my profession a nurse, prior injuries, in addition to my hobbies/passion for snowboarding, hiking, biking and staying active, I believe I need to protect it from further wear and tear. After a painful experience with a prior masseuse, And realizing I'm was not truly feeling any progress/results, I decided to find a quality masseuse. I found Steve/Live Well on yelp and after reading great reviews, I decided to give him a try. There is a positive energy walking into his establishment, plus he gives you warm tea and a foot scrub before your massage. He asked about my medical history, hobbies, injuries, lifestyle and etc. His technique is nothing I've experienced before. While others dig into knots to try and release them, he identifies trigger points to help release knots and tension. Myofascial release, trigger points, are some of the common terms I hear. My last experience, the masseuse dug into a shoulder knot so deep my arm felt numb and I didn't like that. I have less pain, tightness, in my problem areas (shoulders, low back, and hips) after a massage. I usually go about every two weeks and I do 90 minutes because 60 minutes for my body just isn't enough. I have no complaints and have no doubts about the quality of his work, punctuality, and passion for what he does.

He's smart, kind, skilled, and his prices are reasonable. Chris may have saved me from serious injury, or at least major discomfort (I had TMJ from the stress I had during my exams in grad school). Chris seems really focused on healing and not into the super-bourgeois, frilly kind of massage: he's practical and amazing. His style was perfect for me. I've received all kinds of massage therapy and I can't endorse Chris more!

I have gone to Chiayueh for a variety of ailments over the years - from anxiety to running injuries - and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is an extremely talented Reiki master and massage therapist who has devoted her life to making people feel better. Chiayueh combines her background in Eastern holistic healing with training in Western massage therapy to form a practice that centers around long-lasting treatment of the body and mind. Most importantly, she truly cares about each of her patients and pours her heart and soul into her work. Make an appointment with her - you won't be sorry!

Ok I have to give credit where credit is due. Best massage I’ve had in a life time. So I get massages once a week. Been doing so since 2012. This professional and very friendly and beautiful lady not only got every knot out of every place she explained why it was important and what it was connected to and everything. My day obviously started off right when with this Amazing body rejuvenating massage. Thanks again and I’ll be seeing you next week.

Wonderful massage by someone who is very caring. Amy has been doing body work on my for about 3 years. I absolutely love her touch. She is very consistent and checks in often to make sure pressure is at a good level. Amy also asks before each session how I am feeling. I always leave the table feeling refreshed and nurtured!
