- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on your location, number and types of pets, time needed and needs of the pets. Call for a quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will need to know your location, types and number of pets, what type of service you are interested in, the dates and behavior and personality of the pets that need care. I will then schedule an appointment to come over and see the routine, meet you and your pets, see the details of the job and have you sign a Service Agreement to provide care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of on the job experience and I attend professional pet sitting conferences as offered.
