I had hired Taqueria Cazadores to cater a reception to follow a memorial service for my father. Evan worked with me far ahead of time, worked with the funeral director, and made this catering event effortless for me. After speaking with him in the beginning of my search for a caterer, I felt sure that I was in good hands. The icing on the cake was that the food was absolutely off-the-charts delicious! Chef Hyson catered our wedding last year (over 100 guests) in June. He did a phenomenal job. The food was amazing, our guests still mention it. It was not your typical bland boring wedding buffet food. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We would love to hire him to cook the same meal for us on our Anniversary! There are so many great things I could say about our experience with Chef Hyson and it would go on for pages. I will keep it simple and just say that you'd be crazy not to hire him. Also just want to add that the only negative review I see here is by Donna C who also had prime rib served at her wedding. I assume the prime rib was pre cut. We chose to have someone cut and serve the prime rib for each guest as they went through the buffet line. The prime rib was amazing!

Everything was perfect,not only did the staff cater to everyones needs,they served the food quickly and decorated it on the plate beautifully, they really made my wedding of 160+people amazing,i kept getting compliments all night from guests telling me service was great!must have for an y event! I absolutely recommend Kristine and her team. She met up with my husband and I at our venue about a month before our wedding. This was a several hour drive for her which we really appreciated. She took the time to go through every detail, not only about the catering component, but the entire wedding. She clearly has a great deal of experience in the business and we got a lot of great ideas and input from her. She also was very much our advocate when dealing with the difficult bar manager at our venue. The day of the wedding she and her team set everything up perfectly. Her staff was amazing. They were all so sweet and stayed to the very end of the night making sure everything was cleaned and finished. Again I completely recommend Kristine, our wedding was amazing and a huge success which she had a big part of!

While We has to put are wedding plans on half to to an unexpected move. Karla was wonderful to work with and and here price was fair and had no problem working with my food allergy to me having an unexpected changes. If I am ever in the area and need a catering service she will be my first call.

Absolutely fantastic people to work with. Heather and Justin are extremely professional, punctual and a joy to work with. Their food is exceptional. We had the tri-tip sliders, ribs, chicken, grilled veggies, corn, and garlic bread. We had rave reviews from all of our party guests and I would highly recommend them.

We hired Mark to cater brunch for our wedding, and we were very impressed! He replies in a timely manner to questions, requests, and concerns. From the moment he reached out in response to my project on Thumbtack, Mark worked hard to accommodate our needs. He made sure that we felt good about the menu before we booked him, and had us over for a tasting. Additionally, he noticed an item we didn't originally include on the menu and graciously added it to the meal (potatoes!). Many of our guests made comments to us about how much they enjoyed the food, and everyone (about 130 people) had as much to eat as they wanted with food left over. My only regret was that as the bride I didn't have the chance to eat as much of that AMAZING French toast as I wanted!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Vanessa and her team. To start, I booked her super last minute (literally the day before I needed her). I was scrambling to pull together and offsite meeting that got moved 200 miles away due to the tragic fires happening in Northern California. Vanessa came to my aid by helping me brainstorm a fun, interactive activity for the team at their offsite remote location. She set up an amazing wine and whiskey tasting event that the team just loved! Everything was tailored to perfection! She event created customized wine glasses that each member of the team got to take home with them. To make matters more complex, the location where the event was happened to be located in a remote with limited (to no) resources to catering, grocery stores, etc. Did I mention that I was coordinating this entire event remotely ?!?! Vanessa stepped up and offered to not only provide an awesome team building event, but picked up dinner, plate it to perfection, and bartended for the reminder of the evening. This was phenomenal!!! Working with her was not only a joy, but easy and smooth. I can't wait to work with her again. You would be a fool not to book her 100x over!

Branden is an absolute rock star. We found him at a catering tasting at the Brazil Room in Berkeley, Ca. Out of all the caterers with their beautiful foods and cakes on display, Branden really stood out. He and is partner were very humble and confident in their back corner booth. But more importantly extremely friendly and eager to help. The food was super good too! So, we hired him for the catering, but we got was MUCH more than that! The food and service the day of the weeding was amazing (people still talk about it to this day). But, what Branden did for the wedding was far beyond the food. He knows his stuff. I believe he said he's been doing this since he was a child. That experience shows. The amount of coordination and poise that he exhibited far above and beyond the call of duty was nothing short of remarkable. His attitude and approach really set our minds at ease allowing us to focus and remain relaxed throughout the whole process. Our wedding definitely wouldn't have been the same without him.
