- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most customers think it is complicated to fix their cell phones and aren't sure what it would cost, but we have streamlined this process by offering flat rate cell phone repair charges. Our flat rate cell phone repair pricing is $25 for most repairs. Charge port and water damage repair services are $35 per phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our factory authorized cell phone technicians attend classes from different manufacturers on a regular basis. Usually every six to 9 months depending on the quantity of new models that are introduced by the manufacturer.
