I wish I had hired Sean in the first place. I chose another person on Thumbtack without even giving Sean a chance to give me a quote for Drywall repair to damages done by flooding in my front yard and inside my living room. Plumbers fixed the water problem, but I needed my wall to be repaired. Sean was able to fix all the problems incurred by the first person that I hired. He redid the drywall, textured and painted my wall to look like nothing had happened. My carpet was damaged and since I wanted to replace it with laminate flooring, Sean offered his services. He did a wonderful job. He also was the only one to figure out why there was water on the side of my house. He fixed that problem. He is very nice, and is so easy to work with. I highly recommend Sean and have other projects that I will be calling him for.

Had some stacked tile siding falling off my house. Joseph spent the day fixing it, and I can not even distinguish which pieces he had to replace. Its as if there was never a problem. In addition, he charged me 1/10 of the quoted price from the siding company.

Luis did a wonderful job *taking off the wallpaper in my master bathroom *fixing the wall surfaces from kinks I made on my wall when I tried peeling off the wallpaper *patched up any holes in the walls *retextured the walls *painting the trim *painting both my master bathroom and bedroom When he came to my home to give me a quote, he had a great eye and pointed out problems and advised me about them. I hired him because of this reason...I had other painters come in and just give me a quote...but it was Luis who pointed these things out and asked if I wanted him to fix them for me. It was a deal to have a handyman and painter all in one package! Not only that his price was very reasonable compared to other painters. I also must point out he is very detail oriented when it comes to painting and you will not be disappointed in the quality of his work. He takes great pride in his work and stands out from other painters who often times paint quickly to get the job done fast. I am already thinking about the next project for Luis to paint!

I selected Mr. Agustin De Avila's quote after receiving 4 quotes from Thumbtack Handymen. The job was a simple rebuild of a 30' section of sagging/deteriorating wood fencing on property line with my neighbor. The job included removal and disposal of old wooden fence, installation of new fence and any necessary adjustments to gates. I hired Agustin on Tuesday the 16th of August. He started and completed the job on Thursday the 18th. We had agreed to have him begin the job at 8am on the 18th. He was actually 15 minutes early. He was well prepared with all supplies and necessary tools and was done by 4pm. I was able to view the progress of his work from demolition of old fence to adjustments of gates. Agustin had no problem with explaining, as he worked, why he was doing what he was doing. He was very detailed, knowledgable and careful in his work. Agustin's attention to details shows in the beautiful new fence. In addition, Agustin left the area cleaner than when he had started the job. I would have absolutely no problem recommending Mr. Agustin De Avila to anyone needing work done by an honest, qualified and extremely dependable handyman.

VLAD did an amazing job on some drywall patching and painting and clearing off some brush that I could not get to on our side roof. I 100% will be using him again. Fair pricing, quick and he is a really cool guy!

I used Rosie's housecleaning service for several years until I moved out of the area. Rosie and her team do a great job, and are trustworthy and reliable. Rosie was very proactive about communicating any scheduling or other issues and it was always a delight to come home to a shiny, fresh and clean smelling home. I recommend them highly.

A Cut Above Painters was amazing. They were easy to communicate with, on time, and did excellent job. We have darker paint, which can be difficult to use, especially with light accent walls. It looked great and we were very happy with Pete and his crew. Will hire again for any painting needs!

Lori is great! She is very knowledgeable about anything paint related and is willing to give you advice on how to do your own projects. She painted a dresser and a rocking chair for my baby's nursery and they are both gorgeous! The paint is perfectly smooth, no brush strokes or hairs in it. Everyone is amazed and thinks that she must have sprayed the paint on, but I know she uses a brush and a roller. I don't know how she does it! She is also very fast and usually had each project done within the week. When I was unable to obtain the color paint that I wanted for the rocking chair in an oil based paint, Lori even went out and got it for me from a different county! You will not be disappointed!

I hired Jonathan from All Home Services to concrete my side yard. The job was 186 ft.² or 2 1/2 yd.³ of concrete. I had 120 / 60 pound bags of quickcrete stacked up in the backyard and I also had 95% of the rebar work done. I had concerns about grading and making sure the water doesn't pool up so Jonathan came out and bid the job and explained what he would do to make sure that the concrete was solid and that the water would drain into the drains. He also saw cut a few low areas in the existing concrete so they could also flow to the new drains. This was above and beyond what we talked about and this is one of many reasons why I am so pleased with the job. Jonathan and Rafael arrived on time on Monday morning and they busted out the job in about eight hours. I came out and asked lots of questions and Jonathan answered the all with ease which made me feel very comfortable in his ability. The job has been done for two days and I love how my new concrete side yard looks!
