Toa has been an amazing trainer! I’ve spent 6 months with him, training 2-3x week. Did some weight training, but mainly mixed martial arts, kickboxing, bag/pad work, inside the ring work and self defense. He’s always on time, communication was never an issue, and was flexible if I needed to reschedule. Workouts were never easy, which I loved, nor were they boring. Even if I was struggling, his energy keeps it fun. Toa always pushed me past my mental barrier and modified with no problem if I had any issues. He knows his stuff and is willing to share his knowledge if you’re willing to learn. He’s fun to be around but still keeps a vigilant eye ensuring you’re doing everything correctly. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my progress with him. His training is no joke so if you’re serious about wanting results, he’s your guy! And if he ain’t singing or dancing, somethings wrong!
