  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge for quality of work not quantitiy. I want to make sure everything is working 100% before I hand the device to you and that you're happy before I leave.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I would like to know the model of their iPhone or iPad before providing a price. I would like to speak to you rather than exchanging emails or text to speed up the process. I provide an invoice for you to approve then send you a link from Square or PayPal for processing payment. NO CASH or CHECKS I'm practicing no human contact during this COVID-19 pandemic. Practice the 6 feet apart rule, I use mask and gloves to work on your iPhone or iPad, after I'm done I wipe it down with alcohol pad before I Hand it to you.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I took an extensive hands on and writen training with iCracked, who merged with SquareTrade which is an"Allstate" comapny, and Puls. Loved working with all three.
