Angelika Smirnoff Piano Studio

Angelika is an excellent piano teacher. She develops a unique approach to every child and tailors the lessons to strengthen each child’s weaknesses. My children’s piano playing has improved significantly and she has helped them find joy in playing the piano. She has been our piano teacher for two years and we want to keep her as long as possible.

My nine years old son took piano lessons from Angelika for around two years. I think she is a wonderful teacher for kids and adults. She is very caring and positive, patient but has expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone considering taking piano lessons.

Angelica is absolutely amazing! She has connected with my son from the very first lesson. She is firm and assertive, but at the same time She easily gets on the 9-year old level, when she needs to explain a complex concept in understandable terms. We started seeing results much quicker that anticipated. By 3rd and 4th lesson my son was already playing recognizable tunes. Most importantly, Angelica inspires my son so much, that he actually practices between the lessons without being reminded!! Highly recommend Angelica for a beginner or an advanced student. She is not just a teacher, but an active performing artist, which is huge! She is always in great performing shape herself and can really inspire students by example.

Angelika is everything I was looking for in a piano teacher. She has vast knowledge and immense skill as a musician and that all translates to her ability as a teacher. She is patient and thorough. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
