- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for our services unless your travel reqirement is very detailed. We get our profits directly from the vendor so you do not have to pay any fees like you do on the internet. Our charge for detailed travel requirements is only $125.00 and that is returned to you when you book the trip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As one of the top travel advisors in the US, I need to ask our clients many questions to make sure that I am finding the right information to book a fantastic trip. From the easiest cruise booking to a detailed Honeymoon, I need to ask questions to find out your preferences, your budget, your frequent vendor numbers, the languages you speak, your physical health etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone of my agents must take a travel related class each year to maintain their license. You do not want to book with any travel agents that does have their CST# or the Florida travel license. Always ask if the travel agent has their CST#! If not, run away! Also ask if they have E/O insurance (errors and ommissions). If not do not book with them. Our agency has over 54 destination certifications and Chris Morse, The President / Founder teaches other travel agents how to be successful and work for their clients in the US!
