Introduction: I am the Winner of the "TOP ATTORNEY 2013" Award bestowed on my Pasadena Magazine; Winner of the Witkin Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law; Winner of Award for Excellence in Legal Analysis & Writing. My passion is legal writing, litigation and drafting and arguing Legal Motions where there exist grounds to challenge the prosecutor's evidence against my clients. I also was and continue to represent clients who are not citizens of the United States and my vast Immigration Law background helps me avoid deportation or other adverse consequences for my noncitizen clients where other attorneys haven't a clue how to do this. I don't like entering into plea bargains without first fighting extremely hard for a total dismissal of my clients' case. i enjoy the combat of litigation, trial and vigorously advocating for all my clients. I also am local to the West Covina Courthouse, El Monte Courthouse and Pasadena Courthouses, though I have represented clients throughout Southern California.
I enjoy the dynamic of litigating and fighting a case to completion and I LOVE TO WIN FOR MY CLIENTS. I LOVE GETTING THEIR CHARGES THROWN OUT OR DISMISSED. I love the process that it takes to get there.
