It was my good fortune to have had the luck of selecting ISITZEN remote/on-site support. Robert Sanders was the computer specialist assigned to me. Working remotely, he was able to clear the problems with my computer that had been plaguing me for over a year. Furthermore, he contacted me the following week to make sure my computer had been cured, which it had. I hope to continue working with ISITIZEN and Mr. Sanders in the future. RJurow,MD

I enjoyed my experience. He clearly outlined what his services were and what other things could be added to or done afterward. He performed a diagnostic test on my laptop. He was very quick and responsive. He outlined a plan for future service & repair. I would recommend him for your computer needs.

Very responsive on first contact. Was open to both emails and texting to ensure I could relay all related information/screen prints/ errors, etc to get the big picture. Remoted to my machine and made changes that have helped me monitor processes and alleviate further issues, including not having to purchase a brand new machine. Great service !
