- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and when there is multiple Pest Issues with a client, we will package together to provide our customers the best price. As apposed to quoting them a separate price for each individual pest problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to do an Inspection to determine the Pest activity and then determine the best way to handle your pest problem. Sometimes there are a couple of options to handle your pest problem and we would go over that with you, to determine the best solution for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, Management and employees have designated licenses, that are issued by the State after passing a State Exam. There after, we must have continuing education hours completed every few years to keep our lincenses active and in good standing. A couple of times a year, we will attend seminars that are hosted by our distributers that will have Entomologists & Representatives from different manufacturers going over their products and introducing any new products that may coming soon.
