Introduction: I have swam competitively, from grade school to high school, and I have also taught swimming since junior high to present.
I know CPR and first-aid, and I am fluent in the American sign language. I teach from infants to adults and help and condition competitive swimmers, guide fitness-lap swimmers, teach fitness water aerobics, open-water swimmers, recreational swimmers, therapeutic swimmers, and help former swimmers.
