Kinfolk Yoga Studio

Introduction: Kinfolk Yoga is a neighborhood studio. It is our mission to create a community hub for health and happiness. We have created an inviting studio that is accessible to all, with an intimate atmosphere for locals to unwind. We focus on the individual. Our classes aren't one size fits all, the same flow over and over. Our classes creatively emerge from each certified, interdisciplinary teacher, who inspire students to awaken their own self-awareness as a basis for learning and growing in their yoga practice. Our safe, supportive and grounding environment encourages students to challenge limiting beliefs, expand their sense of self and learn to trust in their body's wisdom. Because our instructors have years of teaching experience, we are more than comfortable giving assistance and adjustments and helping each student find a way for yoga to be accessible to them. Whether you are a newbie or have practiced for years, we are committed to offering a variety of yoga classes to meet your needs and to provide guidance, encouragement and inspiration along the way.
