The customer was demanding 4 cleaners for 4 hours. I stated that was not included in the quote of $160. The customer stated that if I attempted to change the quote price that he would leave a negative review. We are an honest and dedicated to quality service. We never backed out and we’re still very committed to doing the job. 16 hours of man labor for $160 is not just feasible. Unfortunately the customer was not understanding of this. We did not back out though. We just simply wanted to do fair business is all.
First off they didn't show up until over an hour after the scheduled appointment time. Then they showed up unprepared. Now I have to contact a different company to do the job. Very disappointing.Mar 23, 2018VerifiedGary G.'s reply
We were told to come the day prior and showed up and was told to come back the next day due to an unknown reason. We notified the owner that our schedule is full for the next day but we’ll work them in the best we could. We were also told that the item was on level concrete but arrived and we had to move item through 15 ft of mud and was not prepared for that at that moment. The description of the move was very inaccurate. We tried our best to accomadate the customer.
Arrange for move out cleaning service for june 24.. The day came and the company did not show up. That put us on the spot to find somebody to clean on the last mintue.. I want to believe something happen.. I called got a disconnect tone on the phone. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE.. The cleaning day was moved several times by the customer. They were notified before hand that by doing so if we are booked the day they preferred the following month we would not be able to help because we could not schedule them in for cleaning, clearing our schedules and then being told second to reschedule anymore. By a stroke of bad luck this is exactly what happened and the number we were originally given was not answered the entire time. Something of this nature has never happened before with our company but this customer's schedule was impossible to cater to.
