Ted is extremely knowledgable about bodybuilding, the human body, and everything to do with bodybuilding competitions. I met him in the audience of a bodybuilding competition. I could tell that he really knew his stuff. He's been studying bodybuilding for 35 years now, that is rare to find in a trainer!! I could not believe how in shape and muscular he was when he told me his age. I thought to myself, "wow, he must be doing something right". He agreed to train me and I learned much more than I'd ever known about weightlifting and the workings of the muscles in the body. I will always be grateful for this knowledge, and I saw incredible results! I feel that I am stronger today than I've ever been and I owe this to Ted's guidance. His services are very reasonably priced, and he truly cares about you becoming your best self, he is also compassionate and trustworthy. He will help you grow and progress but he will not risk injury while doing it. He's very cautious and does not believe in pushing the body until it breaks, but rather, will show you the most efficient and smartest ways to reach your goals. He's a gem!
I have trained with Paul Harvey for 5+ years. I have been working with various trainers for 15 years total, and had never found one who understood my goals and knew how to achieve them. When I started with Paul I was 178 lbs. At 6'4" tall, that was very skinny. My goal was to put on lean muscle. I've added about 30lbs of lean muscle and have a six pack. Paul advises me on how to achieve my goals both inside the gym and at home. He is a smart guy and can carry on a conversation about more than just working-out. He makes me laugh and we have lively debates about current events. Even when I take the skills I've learned from him to my own solo workouts, I still never sweat as much as I do when I work out with Paul. He is a great motivator.
I trained with almost all of his trainers - Corey, Rachel, Jeanne, and Kevin. Every one of his trainers are great! Each trainer has a slightly different approach, all of which are awesome (even though I was sore after almost every session haha). Thank you LaPere Fitness for kicking my butt!
when I first went to the gym Barbara gave me the complete tour when finished she said she was going to have one of her top senior fitness trainer :). a couple of days before I came in she called me and introduced herself and welcomed me to the gym. told me her schedule and checked mine with hers to make sure that it was good for me. when I finally came in Ronnie was already in session my fault:(, I was a lil late . she came over to me and started to work with me. she's very caring knowledgeable always looking out for me not to hurt myself and such a good hearted person and we're also from the same country!!! how great is that? I have been with EBC for a little over a year now, and besides the great results, I can't even imagine not having this boot camp as a part of my day. Maxwell was my personal trainer for a little over a year. During that time, I totally rediscovered fitness and had a fun time getting into really great shape. I met with him 2-3 times per week and each workout kept me guessing. We did tons of fun stuff in the gym - kettlebell work, traditional weight lifting, plyometrics, agility & flexibility stuff. He didn't just tell me what to do - he taught me HOW to do it, and WHY we were doing it. Also, Maxwell was fun and easy to work with. He was not intimidating at all & he's completely nonjudgmental. I always felt super comfortable working with him - which was difficult, since when we first started training together, I was new to the gym experience and felt very weak and unsure of myself. I always was scared of weight lifting because I didn't want to look 'manly'. I could not have been more wrong! I've honestly never been happier with my body. Maxwell's encouragement to lift heavy and work out intensely helped me become passionate about going to the gym and actually enjoying it. Based on his suggestion, I started competing in local NPC Bikini competitions and just walked away with 2nd place at the Colorado Open!! I could not have gotten this far without his excellent coaching and his personal passion for fitness. It was contagious, and I strongly recommend him to anyone.
Johnny is amazing. I made the effort to find him after being injured in a class. The moderate sprain took a good 4 months to recover from. In my opinion, his knowledge and experience or beyond any of the instructors that I had, charging about the same for class. Given that this is one-on-one instruction, it is a great value. In addition, he strives for perfection and is watching carefully that the self-defense maneuvers are executed properly, which in the end is what is necessary to defend oneself on the street, or anywhere. He is a great communicator, and an extremely pleasant person to work with. I'm extremely pleased with my progress. As a relative beginner, it's also comforting knowing that he is at the level to teach students who have a black belt and prepare them for competition. Highest recommendation. If only everyone in this world were as good at what they do as Johnny.
The program is a place for student-athletes, amateurs and professionals to heighten their bodily skills and pursue dreams through their competitive spirit! It is lead by a true professional and more importantly a person who cares just as much about the person as the results obtained. I would recommend this type of physical training in preparation for any sporting event or season. Not only did I train there myself but I also incorporated it into the basketball program I was coaching. Work hard, train smart!
Tanya is an amazing trainer who truly cares about her clients. She is a great motivator who will always find a way to get you to push past your physical and mental limits. Tanya helped me prepare for my first fitness competition and even helped me with my diet. Idrise is the first trainer I've ever worked with that "gets it!" I’m the five time winner of “The Toughest Cop Alive”. But After years and years of training competition I had suffered number of injuries the reduced my ability to perform or even to live a normal life without limping and taking excessive amounts of pain killers and anti inflammatory medications. At first i was very skeptical but he was able to diagnose and fix a lot of the movement issues I had many of which I didn’t know were present.
First of all, its great to see Mami going independent. I am her former client, I moved to Chicago a while back, but hey, this girl really changed my body type from being obese to being in shape. I still do most of the work out that she has taught me and as she has done many sports such as gymnastics, martial arts, and dance, she taught me all the hard yet great conditioning that no trainers have never taught me. She is awesome, sweet, and super bad ass, yet she is hardcore some point because she wants to see her clients successfully reaching their goals. I began training with Danielle in November of last year for powerlifting training and can say without a doubt that she is the best coach ever! She has helped me with form, guidance on my diet, and my first competition over the past year and I've been so extremely happy with my progress. I highly recommend Danielle for powerlifting or strength training in general, she's helpful, personable, and you can tell that this is her passion in life. It's great to know that your trainer is so passionate about her job and especially her clients.
Clarence is the best trainer I've had. He built an excellent fitness plan for me after the initial consultation based on what I was hoping to achieve and he solved some fitness issues I was having. I feel stronger and fitter than I have for a very long time. He is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and has helped me create an overall wellness regime for myself. I highly recommend Clarence.
I've been training at Zero Gravity for a number of years now, and I can honestly say that they are the best people to work with! I've been training with Cayden since 2011, and he is excellent. He has been able to get me into shape within a matter of weeks and help me maintain the muscle tone. With his help in training, I have won multiple health/fitness awards in swimsuit, both in national and international competitions. I highly recommend anyone train at Zero Gravity, you won't be disappointed!

I can't express how thankful I am to have met Don / XLr8yourLIFE. I was getting ready to shoot a movie, and the previous trainers I worked with were pretty good, but they didn't exceed my expectations, and I wasn't getting the specific results I needed for the project. I didn't have much time left, but I also didn't want to disappoint my agent/ manager and last but not least, myself. I had be in bikini/ action shape, which means a lot of lean muscle, but not to the point where I look like I'm competing for a competition. Most trainers were pushing me either towards too muscular or not muscular enough. When I found Don, we targeted specific problem areas like my inner thighs, triceps, and gluts. I already had strong abs, so he worked with me to make sure it was cut and sexy, but not intimidating. After a couple weeks, I saw faster and better results than ever. "Better" means he gives you want you need and more. He is very good at gaging your limits, and doesn't let you settle for less than your best. With his fitness & nutrition knowledge, fun personality, and targeted training, he's amazing. I got into incredible shape, and I highly recommend his training for anyone, whether it's general fitness or specific results. I'm looking forward to more sessions. Oh, and my agent loved my results too. :)
Everett is one of best trainers that I have ever worked with. Not only is he knowledgeable about the body but he is also extremely empathetic and takes the time to get to know you and really cater to your needs. He's very methodical in the way that he programs as well. There's a reason for everything that we are doing which I personally really love. It's only been a couple of months but I have already seen crazy changes in my body, in my diet and in my mind set. HIGHLY recommend Everett!
