I had wonderful experience with Paul. Paul is highly knowledgeable and experienced locksmith man. Paul corrected multiple errors made by now a former handyman who attempted to install front door lock. Paul identified the errors and explained to me how backward parts were installed on my lock. Paul fixed it and installed the lock correctly. I highly recommend Paul for this types of job. My best regards to you all. Great job Paul. Thanks.May 21, 2018Verified

Paul was great. Easy to communicate with, punctual and accommodating. He downloaded Venmo to make it easier for me to pay. I strongly recommend using these guys for any locksmith needsFeb 9, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is NOT complicated...and is mostly based on a flat-rate basis. AND, I have a simple, structured "Referral Rewards Program", that PAYS my customers for bonafide referrals that utilize LockJuggler's services...!!! Ask me for the details! :-)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After the initial contact, I ask as many detailed questions as possible, so that I can determine the extent of the job, and formulate an accurate quote. There are the occasional situations where there are communication breakdowns, which can possibly alter the quote--either direction. And if I have to adjust the quote upward (rare!), I try to give multiple options to reduce the additional expense, if possible. I always try to keep in mind that the customer could just as easily be ME, before I entered this field a few years back...and I appreciate honesty and integrity from the professional I am dealing with...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received certification from Foley-Belsaw's locksmithing course, as well as graduating from the prestigious California Institute Of Locksmithing, in Van Nuys, CA. Also, I attend monthly locksmith meetings and yearly locksmith conventions, to keep abreast of developing changes in my profession...as well as participation in blogs & locksmith forums, where I can glean information from, and share experiences that may help new locksmiths coming into the field. AND, I "hang out" with a lot of "lockies", most of whom have multiple-decades of experience in the field, and there are a few that are kind enough to mentor me (a couple of THOSE guys are younger than my oldest son--but have been locksmithing since they were in diapers--so I trust 'em!!!).
