I called Martin to fix a color problem on my HP Color Laser Jet printer. He was willing to repair the printer in my home which I greatly appreciate as I work out of my home. He worked diligently for 2 hours and after trying many different things the color was better but not yet right. So Martin laid out all of my options and left the decisions up to me. He was knowledgeable, kind, hard working and extremely reasonable. I will call him again if needed. In fact I was so impressed that I went out of my way to give him great reviews here and on Yelp. Which I rarely do.

    Wasted no time in fixing my problem then with so much time left, he fixed 2 other computers, and a printer then added security software to them. It was my first time using Arthur but hi is now my go to guy! He also showed up 30 minutes after my first call to him. That is appreciated.
