We are members of the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and use Zipforms, the MLS, and the CAR Legal Hotline. We use Appfolio software for our financial accounting and e-pay, CoreLogic Rental Property Solutions and Equifax to help with risk mitigation and underwriting, Salesforce enterprise cloud-based software to help manage complex tickets among many stakeholders, and DocuSign to e-sign agreements.
