  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Price depends upon quilt design, quilting, fabrics, batting used and size. Shipping or delivery of the finished project is dependent upon the agreed to terms and conditions in our contract.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You materials for the project or I source them for you, at cost, we discuss timeline, turnaround time and any particular details of the project. Then you either send me the materials, or I order the materials to be sent to me and I get started once I have everything on hand. The finished project is either delivered or shipped, according to whichever we agreed upon.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been sewing for 40 years, 20 years as a business in one form or another. I do freelance, one off and ongoing production jobs.
