William Villar of B.A. Appliance is the best technician I have ever used for an appliance repair. Our initial phone conversation before deciding on him was honest, pleasant, and he knew how to fix my electric dryer after I explained the problem. He gave me an estimate for the repairs that included parts, labor, and a six month warranty on the work and stick to it.
He had time to come the same day we talked. He was there right on time at 5:00. He did the work expeditiously, clean the inside of the dryer to free it from tons of lint, and added lubrication at no extra cost. I have kept few of his cards to share with my co-workers, family, and neighbors. This is the best and honest repair individual I have done worked with in 30 years. I mean that!
