I've worked out with trainers before, even one that I loved, and the experience with Anthony has still been on a different level entirely. For the last 5 weeks, I have had the pleasure of having Anthony as my trainer. I have found capacities in my body that I didn't know existed. Anthony is hardly summed up by a five star review. Anthony has one of the sunniest and positive personalities you'll never meet. The workouts are different every day and are fun and enjoyable and never boring. The gym environment is also great. From other trainers and other gym goers, everyone is kind, supportive, and encouraging. Expect to be greeted by everyone when you arrive. Since my first day, the atmosphere has been nothing but positive. I feel very welcomed and extremely comfortable. I've been very impressed with my experience thus far. I love the that God's cultivates a great mix of clientele. I see both men and women (regardless of age, level of fitness, or experience) working on their goals.
I originally started working out with Evan to lose some weight and get in better shape. After several weeks of training I found out I was pregnant. I decided to continue training through pregnancy and it was one of the best decisions I made. Evan is great at adapting the workout program to fit whats going on in your life and the combination of strength, flexibility and balance exercises he incorporates into every session really helped me feel confident on my feet. I could feel the strength I gained in my core, and my lower back specifically, which really helped support me during my pregnancy.. If youre looking for a educated, experienced and personable trainer I would definitely recommend him
I've been working with Gerard for over a month now... after never working out or touching a weight or machine in my life and I have to say I'm very pleased with my progress and his workouts and nutrition advice ..He's showed me proper techniques and form and taught me how to eat better and strengthen my entire body with an emphasis on my legs and core which has helped me tremendously with my skiing and tennis ...Gerard is funny and knowledgeable and makes the workouts different and challenging every week..I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a first time trainer and or in need of motivation and great workouts !!!
John is amazing! He worked with my sister and I throughout our early pregnancies and our workouts were the highlight of my week. He didn't go easy on us (so. many. walking. lunges!) but we never felt unsafe or out of our comfort zone. He was great at thinking through our workouts holistically so that we didn't ever totally burn out one muscle group or another in a single session. I felt strong and awesome working with John. Looking forward to getting back to work with him after we deliver!
Santa Cruz Core Fitness + Rehab is the place to go! From the owner, Jaimi, to the receptionist, and trainers, they are all amazing and professional. They are very knowledgeable and make you feel really comfortable and positive. They are willing to work things out for you and your goals. I am just starting my fitness journey and I've never felt this great. And I've only been in for 2 training sessions. You guys need to check them out as they are expanding locations. They are now in Santa Cruz and Watsonville. You won't regret it! Also, the workouts are AMAZING!!!
Xavier is the most amazing trainer! He is incredibly positive and knowledgeable about everything related to the body (working out, nutrition, injuries, anatomy, massage and more). We train 3x a week and he now trains two friends -- who both LOVE him too. Xavier loves what he does (his positivity is infectious!), creates custom programs based on each person's needs and truly helps you reach your potential. ALSO: every few weeks Xavier does a posture adjustment massage on me and I get up feeling like I'm walking on clouds w/ zero tension in my body. I cannot recommend Xavier enough. He has completely changed the way I workout and see myself.

I've consulted with Dennis twice. The first time had to do with supplementation to help alleviate peripheral neuropathy. The second occasion was to seek assistance with sleep. Training with Rock has been an incredibly rewarding experience that is more than worth the time and money. I was a little bit hesitant to work with a personal trainer, because of my anxiety and other issues, but working with Rock has easily became one of the best investments I've made. It sounds cliche, but it truly has been life changing for me. I have had significant weight loss, muscle gain, improvement in flexibility, and improvement in mobility. Beyond that, I now have a huge increase in energy throughout the day, more confidence than ever before, and a major reduction in daily anxiety (something that has been crucial for me). He is incredibly knowledgeable in not only personal training, but nutrition as well and is always there to help. The workouts are challenging and VERY rewarding. Rock pushes his clients to do their best and adjusts the workouts where needed. When I first started, I would never imagine that I could do the things I am doing with Rock now. I am so impressed with his training style, and after training with him I am impressed with my own self and the achievements I have made with his help. Rock has you train hard, but most importantly he has you train SAFE. He is experienced in working with people recovering from injuries and is serious about injury prevention while training. I honestly could not be happier and would recommend Rock as a trainer to anyone I know. If you are looking into personal training, trust me when I say you should choose Rock!!!!

Mario is an outstanding trainer for the following reasons: he knows how to train and teach his clients about the exercises he uses; he individualizes the exercise program for each client (does not use the cookie cutter approach); Mario researches the best exercises for his clients and listens to the clients requests/needs. And, he has a marvelous sense of humor which goes far in an hour long intensive training session. Highly recommend Mario's training and consulting services.
Let me start off by saying that I am a personal trainer and there is no other nutritionist/cleanse program that I would ever send one of my clients to.
