I met Taylor working alongside her at Bally’s! I watched her work long before deciding to work with her. Once I did, I was beyond impressed (as a client). She helped me loose 40ish pounds and not only get vacation ready, but put my body in a safe zone when I unexpectedly conceived. She’s dedicated, hard working & responsive. She works with you and your body. But she doesn’t let you skimp out! She’ll make sure you finish that rep and encourage you to push yourself when she knows mentally your giving out! She helped me love working out again, but mostly love my body! Taylor is one of the best I know. And I wouldnt train with anyone else! Once I’m able to walk a lap without loosing all my oxygen, I’ll be reaching out to her again to get me back into my best shape.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing ranges from $150-$900/mo. That all depends on in-person or online (via video). As well as, 30-60 min sessions. Nutrition/meal planning are separate at $500/mo but can be combined with a discount.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We go over all health and fitness goals. Talk about day to day routines so I can tailor a program for clients to strive in. I always set up small "sub" goals that gets them one step closer to their long-term goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Certified as a personal trainer, nutrition coach and medical assistant.
