I absolutely love working with Eric. I’ve never been one to be very active but we workout at a pace that is perfect for my growth. I love that I always look forward to my next session, rather than dreading it as I did with other trainers. I especially love the importance he stresses on being aligned- mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. I typically get a lot of anxiety when I go to new places but I felt extremely comfortable going in and out of his studio. 110% recommend!

Eric is the best trainer in the bay area. Within a month, I've already lost 12 pounds training with him! Eric offers a complete fitness program that not only focuses on exercise but also nutrition. Don't forget, though, that YOU will get out what YOU put in. Eric will always motivate you, but it's up to you to use his tools to their fullest. Highly recommend Eric; look no further. He's your guy!

I am now going into my second month of training with Eric, and I can't say enough about how happy I am with my progress in such a short amount of time. I'm amazed at how far I've come in only a month and looking forward to progressing even further. Eric is not only a great trainer but a dope life coach as well. I would(and already have) recommend him to anyone looking to get fit in a healthy, sustainable way.

What i like most about my trainer is he’s very flexible with schedule and trainings. He listens to any request when it comes to working out, you never do the same exercise and always kicks your butt !
