Introduction: Very few PC techs know hardware, software, networking and all the other ancillary technologies, or all the Operating Systems out there. Then add in Graphic Arts and Layout skills, however I do, I've even installed Windows and Linux in languages I can't read. All of these skills combined with incredible troubleshooting skills means I can fix the tough ones. That combined with my extensive knowledge of Open Source tools means I can not only do things most techs can't but I can frequently do it using powerful free tools others have never heard of. I get to be a knight in shining armor for someone every time and help people every day. I'm also enjoy the fact im really good at coming up with analogies to explain things that people can understand, bridging the knowledge gap and educating the client along the way. Much of this is boring stuff though so I throw in some humor when its appropriate and/or required.

I have had the pleasure of Tim's work for over t8+ years. Time Always locate the problem in any given situation in Microsoft Windows As well as Linux operating desktop or Laptop systems. In the past Tim has setup up many Network Data systems, at the basics. amd transformed a"brick and mortar" business into functional as well as maintaining them. There is never a job too small or too large. Tim is very proficient, knowledgeable and is a great asset to any team. Tim alwasy has a solution to any given task, and resolves it quickly. From Security systems to Business networking. He s a natural. And in these days, going through many I.T. Consultant/Technicians, to locate the quality and style needed like Timothy Tucks, made me to believe that they did not exist. As a business owner, I often get questions of "who do you know of that is qualified to work, solve Email scanning issues, Clean and Dust Networks ,Custom built computers the list goes on. Tim is definitely an asset to any Company's I.T. Security Network system.

Pervasive Netwerks technician is always prompt and courteous. He always rectifies any problems I may have with my computers both business and personal without delay. He will stay with the project to completion. Usually within a short period of time the same day. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$165.00 per hour. 1 hour minimum within 10 miles. 2 hour minimum outside of 10 miles. Also offer remote support $150.00 per hour that starts with half hour minimum. Managed Services Contracts start with 2 hours a month at $150 per hour. Discounts available for 501c3 Non-Profits.

Continuously.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Work kept finding me. I am intimately familiar working on Webservers, Mailservers, Firewalls, Databases, Websites, Networking, DNS and Security. Knowing and understanding all of those enables me to troubleshoot issues fast.
