- What types of customers have you worked with?
Crafting speeches and coaching clients through to the finished product is rapidly becoming my specialty. Whether on the telephone, by email and/or in person, I aim to size up the client, step into their shoes and deliver just the right words for that special occasion.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A local client contacted me on a Friday and needed to make a dynamic speech the following Monday. We spoke by telephone, met at Starbucks on Sunday at 5:30, wrapped the final draft by 12:30 and did a final review and run through on Monday morning by telephone. She called after the presentation late that evening and reported excitedly that she soared.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should have a good sense about what they want to accomplish with the writing project as well as samples of past approved projects, if any.
