Introduction: This is not just a job, it really is my life; and that shows. I am the son of a Building Contractor and my experiences in the field began when I was 5 years old cleaning job sites. Working in all aspects of construction, third party plan checking, and as a structural, civil, and architectural draftsman before total self-employment in 1987; adds to my experience which enables me to design buildings that can be built. My respect for the industry assures that my working documents are second to none.
