Monica assisted us with transcribing difficult MP3 files that were from old tape cassettes. The sound was of very poor quality. • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  For transcription: I charge $1.50 per audio minute. If there are 3 speakers or more on the recording, there is an additional charge.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Simply email me your digital file via Dropbox or email (or CDs can be sent by mail). I will send you the completed transcript as soon as possible.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have a degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences and a B.A. in Liberal Studies.
