- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to get satisfied repeat customers, so any 1st time customers I offer 15% discount from my published rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with asking them to describe their circumstances that led to their technical issues. Then follow it up with more inquiries to properly isolate and identify the cause of the problem. This way customer down time is minimal. For technical/computer lessons, I ask customers what they want to achieve or ultimate goal at the end of the lessons. Then I'll inform them specific tasks or milestone working towards their end goal.
