Introduction: We are specializing in group and personal training for boxing, muay thai kickboxing, and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). Established in 1993, we have provided the South Bay of Los Angeles with world-class fight training and fitness coaching. We offer a fun, family-friendly training environment for men, women and children. All skill and fitness levels are welcome, from beginners to well-established professional athletes.
