FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of services, from in-person training to online programs, so if you are not sure if you can afford Personal Training, just talk to me about what your budget is and we can come up with a package that fits both your goals and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send out a questionnaire to any new client. This gives me a baseline of information to plan out a program for you and prepare for our first session. During the first session I start with a movement screen and observe your range of motion and any imbalances or weaknesses that you may have. I ensure that all my clients have proper form for each movement before adding any weights. I keep track of all of your progress and you will be able to see your strength gains via an app on your phone.
