I really enjoyed my sessions with Hugo– he’s calm, knowledgeable, and listens to what your goals are and what you want out of a personal training experience. Hugo is focused on helping me achieve my goals and designs every session to be challenging (& somehow fun). Since meeting Hugo, it’s the first time I’ve ever looking forward to training in a gym. Time passes quickly and the sessions varies. He also provides a rounded service, focusing on nutrition as well as exercise so that I achieve my goals quicker. I’m definitely seeing a difference and getting more toned which is exactly what I wanted.
Eric is a great coach. His training is one of the best and I have become a way much better athlete all around ever since I started with him.
Aaron has been the highest of quality personal trainers I've ever had the opportunity of training with. Where should I start? I've been training with coach Roger for over 4 years now. He is an awesome trainer, very attentive to your personal goals. My results speak for themselves. I would refer him to everyone, he puts our fitness strengths to the test everytime AND I WOULDN'T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY!!! Beastmode!!!! :-)
I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.
Mike is a DOPEEE trainer. Injured my knee playing football and it's been weak since. I started playing and it's been giving me trouble. I started going to Mike for training and to focus specifically on my knee and overall strength, and I must admit, it's gotten a lot stronger! I can actually switch direction either ease, lateral movements are back, and I've gotten stronger overall. I'm still training with him and I can't wait to see more results, real stoked!! My experience with Emmett overall has been great and I got to say he has made fitness into a lifestyle for me. I reached out to Emmett when I knew I had fallen off my fitness routine. When I started training with Emmett I didn't have much muscle mass. I got to say after training with him the first month not only have I seen improvements on my legs and back strength but overall putting on some weight. From that month on, I got my cut and lean around my body and he helped me clean up my diet. I am very thankful for his help and highly recommend him!

Jeremy and I had our intro class and he assessed my level to gauge what training progression he can give me. He’s very pleasant and totally understood what my goals are. He also said highly informative things about how muscles work and what the moves are supposed to be targeting. He made me do some exercises that got me winded already and then he said “imagine that but 3 rounds of it for the next sessions”. Exactly what I want and need. I am excited to work with him and to get whipped into shape.

I started my training with Fit to You, Marcos a few months ago. I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect since I had never "worked out" before nor had I ever stepped foot in a gym. When we first met I felt he listened to exactly what I was looking for in a trainer and what I was looking to accomplish. My experience has been nothing but positive! Marcos has worked his schedule to accommodate me and the time I am available to workout. He is always positive, uplifting, encouraging and patient. Each workout session he has pre-planned for me in what he believes I can do and what is the next step in fitness for me. I have definitely seen a change in the way my clothes fit, my body and my strength. I am a mom of 2 and I was really having a hard time finding time to work out. Vanessa has helped me by creating a workout plan I can do at home. She got me started on the online program which is so great! It shows me videos of the strength training exercises so I know exactly how to do them. She also meets with me once a week at the gym which has helped tremendously since I have never used weights before. The meal plan is also great, she is showing me what good foods to put into my diet to get the best results. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time with Vanessa she is always available and answers all of my crazy questions and her price is unbeatable. I really can't imagine training without her.
I have been working with Viktor for about a month and he is awesome! I met with two other trainers in the area before I chose him and I know I made the right choice. Also, I have met other trainers at 24 hour fitness, and none of them were as personable, motivational, and fun as Viktor. I got lucky because I caught him right before he got booked fully since he just moved to the area! My goal is to lose weight, get fit and stronger, and maintain this lifestyle and Viktor completely supports me in what I need. His prices are excellent for the area, and the gym he works in Brea is really clean. You only have to pay for his services, and not the gym, which is great. There is almost no one at this gym except a couple other people (so it isn't all crowded like big gyms) so I really like the privacy. I am much stronger and more motivated now than I was even in the beginning, have lost five pounds, and I love every minute of training with Viktor. He is really interesting and smart too, so that makes the time pass by faster. I wholeheartedly recommend him. Just tell him your goals and what you need, and he will ALWAYS try to accommodate you. He always tells me "This is for YOU, and all about you, so I will work around your schedule." Also, he is very inspirational since he lost a lot of weight himself, so he has the personal experience of struggling to lose weight. He is now super fit, of course! He also includes nutritional advice if you want/need it. He gives me great advice, anecdotes of people who have inspired him, and shares his own stories. The main thing is that I feel pretty comfortable around him, and I am a shy girlie girl so that is an added plus (he is not one of the sleazy trainers that will try and hit on you which is a personal experience at 24 hour fitness...he is happily married). He knows all about exercises and the body parts they work out, how not to get injured, how to use the machines correctly or do the exercises correctly, etc. He is also really passionate about working out and being healthy, so I like that! I really like talking when I can, so it is great to have someone to talk to while working out. It makes it more fun and the time goes by faster! So all in all, if you are looking to reach your fitness goals in a comfortable and safe environment, with encouragement, empathy, positivity, and intelligence on your side, then Viktor is your person!
Carman is an awesome trainer. As a single working mom, Carman is always willing to accommodate my schedule. He pushes me when I want to give up and keeps encouraging me throughout my training. His workouts are tough yet satisfying . Carman is enthusiastic and has extensive knowledge about diet and exercise . I highly recommend his training!!
I’m 38 with 2 kids, and before I’ve met Adam I was already a fitness junky. But he made me change my perspective and my “bad” gym habit completely. Adam helped me understanding the importance of correct postures. I really like Adam professional style and positive coaching. I’ve discovered muscles I didn’t even know excited and I gain a very healthy gym routine. And training with Adam was always really fun and I’ve never gotten bored he really does transmit his passion positively!
I had the pleasure of working with Juan for several months to help get me in the best shape of my life. I'm already in pretty decent shape, but the fact that Juan helped me shed more body fat and helped me reach my fitness goal was amazing. Juan is personable, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and truly cares about your health, nutrition and fitness goals.
