Introduction: I perform the responsibilities as a caterer by meeting with clients to set up theme and menu for events requested. I am working within the specified budget agreed upon with client. I assist in food preparation for all the events schedule. I also provide a food service staff for event, if needed. I determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays.
