I have worked with Aaron over the last couple of months and he's great! I saught professional help after I found out I have a hormonal imbalance called PCOS. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome occurs in 1 in 20 women, developing from puberty, it stole my life. I was overweight, with an insulin resistance, mood disorder, sleep apnea, hair loss, high testosterone level, and a high risk of heart disease and ovarian cancer. Since working with Aaron I feel like he taught me to gain back control of my life. I'm 40lbs lighter, with more energy and good health than I ever thought was destined for me. A big part of Aaron's program is paleo eating, which helped my insulin levels because I wasn't eating processed foods, carbs, or sugar. I also can't induce too much stress on my body because of the delicate hormone balance, my workouts with Aaron are helpful and stress free. We figured out what I can do physically and than slowly pushed me to higher levels. We do a lot of strength training, cardio intervals, and balance work. I never knew how weak my back was until I started working it out. Now, I have less back pain, more confidence in my bodies abilities, balanced moods, less acne and inflammation. In December I had blood work done and my insulin and testosterone levels have made a 180' change to normal. Working with Aaron was literally a life changing decision for me! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a healthy change back to basics!
I have been training with Hillary One on one twice a week for one year now. I had a serious back surgery in 2013 and had intense physical therapy sessions. When first time I met Hillary (I saw her training someone at the park and liked her & her methods), I was not even allowed to lift more than 10 lbs or run. Being an athlete (I used to teach Tae Kwon Do: I have 2nd degree black belt), I was very frustrated for not able to do many things (as my doctor's order) that I wanted to do. Hillary gradually did increase the weights and exercise intensity as well as instilling my confidence and belief in my capabilities. Now I can feel so much more confident in my daily activities and exercises. I can run without any pain or worries. Lifting up 40+ lbs weights for my arm training is one of my proud workout:). oh yes, I now can wear fly high heels if I want to. Lol. Thank you Hillary. I love you💗🙏
Adrien's training style is very intense, he's very easy to chat with about almost everything. He is very motivating and keeps you on track and makes sure to check in with you about your progress regularly, even outside the session. I appreciate the commitment that Adrien puts in to the nutrition as well and everything together as a lifestyle change. If uou are looking for a trainer I would highly recommend him.
I have been training with Mike for some months now, and I can tell you that it is one of the most intense challenges I've undertaken. I was always in sports in high school and was in pretty good shape, but college hit and I gained quite a bit of weight. I signed up for a free consultation with Mike because of his yelp reviews, but I realized there was no other person I wanted to work with pretty early on from my EXPERIENCE at that consultation. I've heard stories of free consultations being very shallow, with an unspoken feeling of trying to get it over with, but when I met with Mike, he took a vested interest in me from the very beginning. He is a very easy person to get to know, and very laid back and fun. I agree with some of the other posters when they said that after training with him for even a short amount of time, Mike has gone from not only being my trainer, but being a truly awesome friend. He is not afraid to be honest with you, and he is not afraid of a challenge. My wife and I have had mixed success with certain things hes attempted for us, but instead of ramming our heads against a brick wall, he goes back to the drawing board and finds something that will work better for our Nutritional/Workout needs. He is not going to give you a "one size fits all" answer. He will take a look at what you need versus what you have, and he will try what he thinks is best. If that doesn't work, or doesn't seem very sustainable, he will take whatever time is necessary to help you find what IS. His workouts are intense but fun. He is really good at discerning the type of encouragement you need (do you work better with the carrot or the stick?), and is adaptable with his workouts. There have been plenty of times where I've gone into a session with him and told him that my shoulder was hurting, so he determined what specifically was being affected and tailored an on-the-spot workout that was gentle in regards to the trouble area while still allowing me to work out at full intensity. In short, working with mike has been an amazing experience, and I never would've thought I'd have the discipline to stick with anything for as long as I have (especially given the amount of discomfort I'm in after some of the workouts!) but it has been completely worth it! I feel great and have noticed so many intrinsic gains alongside the extrinsic that i never thought about. Give him a shot, you will NOT be disappointed.
This place has done wonders for me. Phil is an excellent trainer who has a ton of experience in bodybuilding and overall body transformations. When Phil first started training me in 2012 I was 180lbs at about 15% bf I am currently 225lbs at about 12% body fat. I attribute almost all of my success to Phil's training and nutritional advice. I recently moved to Northern California and I call Phil on a daily basis for training advice. I have yet to meet a trainer like him.
I just want to start off by saying thanks a lot for the great workout Jacob! My arms and legs feel like noodles! Jacob has a great attitude and made the time he was training me enjoyable, even tho I was sweating and my body was feeling the burn! Jacob used a variety of different workouts that I've never tried out. I will be going back to workout with him again and see what level he can take me to. Thanks again Jacob!
I was a little aprehnsive of a boot camp at my age. I was not exactly fit, and wanted to jump start my energy level and my fitness level. I really loved it, instead of running and jumping Aaron had me power walk and changed down the jumping exercises. I was able to participate fully and looked forward to the workouts. If you want a great workout with all sizes, ages, and levels of fitness this is perfect. You feel comfortable giving what ever your best is, and are able to surprise yourself at how you can progress. I can't say enough about the motivational emails that I still get from Aaron, with handy tips, keeping you motivated. Thanks Aaron for an unforgettable experience.
Absolutely astounding trainer. Anyone can tell you what exercises to do, but very few can really explain HOW to do them properly. Lifting weights is actually much more complicated and intricate than it seems. Before training with Matt I worked out 6 times a day, had decent muscle development but was missing true definition and strength. After working with him I was able to decrease my workouts by increasing the intensity. This not only saved me time, but it blasted me out if my plateau. I look different and it's thanks to him.
Simon is one of the best personal trainers I know. He is very professional, dedicated, genuine, and downright awesome! He is always on time and ready to push you to and through your limits. Over the course of two months and he pushed me through my complaining about squats, moaning and groaning over push-ups, and tantrums over having to run suicides followed by burpees or more squats. He reminded me every time I would complain why I showed up and what my goals were. Every workout with Simon is challenging, intense, and fun all at the same time. Although I was concerned about whether my knees would hold up during intense workouts, he made sure that my form was on point and modified exercises where needed. As a result I have lost almost 15 lbs., added muscle and have never felt better. My knees are definitely stronger and I have added powerlifting to the mix. I couldnt ask for a better trainer in Simon, he understands fitness and helps you get results!
Karen is a great fitness coach. She pushes me to achieve things I wouldn't have pushed myself to do. Very glad that I found her. If you need someone who will help you achieve your goals...she's your BEST choice.
Mike is the best when it comes to making sure you get the results you're looking for. He's dedicated and a hard worker, which makes you want to reach your goals as well. His training is intense and sometimes hard but every time you're done you feel accomplished. I went from 206 down to 185, this was done with the training along with the right food and snacks! Like he said it's a life style!

Marcos is an extremely knowledgeable and personable trainer. He is willing to work with you no matter what your fitness level. Each high intensity workout is designed with your fitness goals in mind. Most importantly he ensures you maintain proper form to avoid any injuries. Scheduling is never a problem, he is very understanding and flexible with his time. Every week I've seen the progress that I've made since the last. My waist size is down and I'm finally seeing some definition on my arms. Thanks to Marcos, I am more motivated than ever to continue on my fitness journey and keep progressing.
Trenton has been one of the best strength coaches that I've ever had. He creates a solid program that takes into account your overall health goals, training level, and your fitness strengths/weaknesses. He's very motivating, keeps track of my progress and helps with my accountability, and a great communicator be it showing how to do lifting technique for a deadlift to what are natural and good supplements for your body should be. Most importantly, he's an expert knowing how to dial into what kind of intensity and training methods would be needed that day. For example, my core ab muscles were still rather exhausted from a session a few days before. We first tried reverse-dips (like a hardcore sit-up) on the dip machine and I couldn't even do one. We then transferred to another sit-up device that was a little easier but still no dice. Eventually, we eventually dialed it down where I could pull off simple crunches with leg lifted off the floor to at least conditioning in the mid abs area. Most trainers would of stopped at the first machine and moved on to another body part but Trenton found a way to get to those muscles conditioned and stronger for the long haul. If you are willing to put in the time and investment to create a better you no matter what your current fitness level is, I highly recommend Trenton as a strength/conditioning coach.
Daryl and Kathleen Jones are extremely knowledgable about fitness. They gear your training to your fitness goals. My goal is to build muscle and lose fat and the workouts are intense and after a month I have lost a half inch in my midsection gained muscle. Diet is also part of the equation which Daryl and Kathleen are equally knowledgeable about. I highly recommend DK4Fitness for muscle-fitness training.
