Martin and his team were referred to us. We closed on Friday, we fumigated over the weekend, and they had our 1200sq ft house apart Monday morning. And they stayed within my budget. But what will always stay with me is the sense of deep care and respect I felt every step of the way. Our first experience. Never were we blown off of treated like novices. Every time I share pricing with friends who have had work done on their homes, their eyes bug out at how wonderful our pricing was! They always went above and beyond. Like, meeting other people (the surveyer, the city for utilities, the garage door guy, the Apliance delivery guy) so that I didn't have to take work off. Like lending a hand with our last few boxes when we were moving in. Like staying around until my husband made it home on they day he got lost so that I wouldn't be alone in a new neighborhood after dark. Like working weekends to get it done. Like touching base every day with updates. Like helping me spray my yard with flea killer. Like always having a good laugh ready to share. Like answering my stupid "what-the-heck-is-this" calls weeks later when something native to the neighborhood would turn up (mostly bugs). I am so grateful. Also, It's been months and nothing has gone wrong. Our life carries on (knock on wood), and we don't think about trivial house stuff because it's all done.

I wish I had hired Sean in the first place. I chose another person on Thumbtack without even giving Sean a chance to give me a quote for Drywall repair to damages done by flooding in my front yard and inside my living room. Plumbers fixed the water problem, but I needed my wall to be repaired. Sean was able to fix all the problems incurred by the first person that I hired. He redid the drywall, textured and painted my wall to look like nothing had happened. My carpet was damaged and since I wanted to replace it with laminate flooring, Sean offered his services. He did a wonderful job. He also was the only one to figure out why there was water on the side of my house. He fixed that problem. He is very nice, and is so easy to work with. I highly recommend Sean and have other projects that I will be calling him for.

After obtaining 3 competitive quotes, I hired Gabriel Herrera to demolish a failing 17 year old perimeter wood fence around my rental house in Hemet, CA and replace it with new vinyl fencing. The cost difference between new wood and vinyl fencing was negligible given the on-going maintenance requirements for wood versus the durability and ongoing good looks of Vinyl fencing year after year with little to no maintenance required. 2 years ago now Tito built a retaining wall and a fence atop and around our backyard. We found his people to be very experienced and thorough, and we found him to be very reasonably priced as well.
