Juan tiled my kitchen wall, I showed him what we wanted and he did an excellent job. He completed the project in two days, he arrived right on time when we scheduled it, he is very professional and friendly. He was quick to respond to request, his prices are very good. After interviewing several people and non of them showing for the job, Juan not only came to give us a closer estimate, but he showed up on the day of the appointment, bright and early. the job was for re-tiling and re-grouting existing bathtub tiles that were falling off. Took all the loose ones off, took care of a little mold that was starting to build u, scraped and clean the wall and each tile and completely re-did the shower. I was worrier about the clean up after, but I was extremely impressed with how clean and professional Juan is. So much, that we are planning to hire him to remodel the shower in the other bathroom, and do a backdrop in the kitchen. His prices are excellent and his work fantastic. Thank you so, so much for being reliable, a hard worker and trustworthy.

After I left my job requirements for our bathroom tile job here on Thumbtack, I was contacted by three tile setters, all gentlemen. But Juan stood out. Juan's price was not the least expensive, I have had experience with cheap work, it's not worth it. But Juan's price was in the middle of the pack and after a phone call with Juan I felt comfortable with him. Juan was and is a gentlemen from the moment he made contact to the moment he left our tile job finished. Juan showed up exactly on time, and he took exactly as long as he said he would. Juan also worked with us in our budget, and made recommendations so our budget would fit into the project. The day Juan showed up to work, we were very impressed with how polite he was, and how professional his appearance was, and his truck was just as clean. As it turns out, his appearance, and his truck, reflects the work he performs. He tiled our bathtub enclosure with grout grid lines, perfect squares and lines, and his custom cut ins around our tub were flawless. Juan's work is meticulous, and his pride in his work shows. After he finished, I stood next to him, and we both stood back and beamed at this work, Juan was happy, he was proud of his work, and I could tell he really loves his job. Juan is now our official tile setter for our family. My mother needs some work done at her home, and I already told her that Juan is the man. I can't say enough about his work, his professionalism, and his manners. Thank you Juan! I am hiring Juan to do more work as I type this.
