- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most often, I am asked to check on pets 2-3 times per day; feeding, walking, playing, yard pick up, litter box clean up. Some pets need fewer visits - some need more, but this is the most common service. After that, overnight visits are the next most common.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone that is insured and bonded - and dedicated to this work. A lot of people start pet sitting and dog walking - and then a few months later decide it's not for them. That's good that they realized that and didn't stay in the field - but then your pets never get to know their pet sitter. Most pets do better when there is a routine, and people around them that they know well.
