Justin is AWESOME. Working with justin has been a lot of fun. Not only with strength trainining, but flexibility and core training with yoga and acroyoga with my girlfriend and I. I go to justin to boost my workouts and mix things up. I'm a functional movement based sports doctor and I can tell you that I'm impressed with Justin's approach to exercise and wellness. No matter how much you think you know, you'll still learn more, reach your goals faster, and benefit from seeing an experienced and knowledgeable trainer like Justin. He's also big on nutrition, which is fundamental to being and feeling healthy. His company Kula Wellness also does meal prep which is pretty cool. 5 stars!!
Jared is great! He is fun to work with. I have lost 8 pounds, many inches and feel wonderful. He has a holistic approach and this is what I was looking for. He has a strong background in yoga and I enjoy the mix of strength training, yoga and massages. I highly recommend Jared!!
I have taken private Yoga lessons with Jessa and she has been a superb instructor! Her extensive background in yoga training has helped me expand and strengthen my yoga practice and I always learn something new when working with her. I look forward to her classes every time!
As a fellow yoga instructor and student of Amanda's classes I could not recommend her more highly. During our time together at "the source" of yoga, Rishikesh in India, Amanda's holistic teaching of yoga made me feel like a better yoga practitioner, more in tune with what was happened externally but also internally. What most impressed me and the reason for loving Amanda's yoga style is: 1. she is committed to her students 2. she practices what she preaches 3. direct but warm approach 4. she offers so so much more than just yoga postures 5. her thirst for knowledge 6. most importantly, for me at least, she is committed and dedicated but she doesn't take an all or nothing approach. She truly follows the yoga as a journey approach.
Yoga with Jenn is enjoyable. She has a relaxed and playful instructing style that promotes me to try new poses and variations during my practice. Jenn does a good job of explaining the purpose and benefits of the lesser known poses and is gentle with her adjustments. I would recommend yoga with Jenn to both people with existing practices and those new to yoga.
Carissa is a lovely person and I highly recommend her for Pilates and Yoga! A+++
My introductory yoga session with Ashley was a fantastic experience. She was very flexible on time and place, and suggested we meet in the park for our early morning session, which turned out to be a great choice. She's got an awesome personality, positive and energetic, and she's very knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. I'm really looking forward to our future sessions.
I have compassion and connect with my clients and act with honesty and integrity.

Kayla discovered grace on the mat as a way to counteract the strains of classical ballet and competitive dancing in 1999. Since then, her asana practice has developed into a dharma of discovery. It has become clear that the past is written and cannot be erased; the future has yet to be drafted; only in the present moment can we truly be alive. Practicing and teaching internationally over the past 3 years, Kayla is a 200-hr Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher with over 250 hours of teaching experience. Currently, she is studying under Janet Stone in San Francisco to earn her 500-hr certificate in the Five Elements training program. Kayla's true passion is guiding those on the path of yoga to encounter the stillness between life's rises and falls by connecting prana and movement, removing boundaries and embracing vulnerability on and off the mat. As an instructor, Kayla hopes to invite practitioners to establish sustainable expansion; encouraging students to look beyond all that which separates, binds, limits or constrains. Kayla's classes are infused with mantra, cadence and community; stimulating awareness through powerful yet nurturing sequencing paired with attentive guidance; she humbly bows with overwhelming gratitude to all of her teachers and fellow practitioners along the way that have shed light upon this beautiful dharma she has been blessed with.
I'm not the "yoga standard". I don't "Om" or chant, there is no talk of chakras, just movement, breath, focus and eating well. Life is just that simple.
I specialize in the following: * Yoga and Meditation * Lifestyle Modification * Ayurveda * Ayurvedic Cooking * Homeopathy * Integrative Wellness * Music and Meditation
I provide chakra balancing one-one private yoga lessons. You will learn how to balance all six chakras along with chants and poses to help open up the energy channels.
Each and every single body is uniquely different from one another. I believe in customizing a personal yoga sequence for your varying needs and interests, using over 400 hours of vinyasa yoga certification and numerous workshops on acroyoga, arm balances, and restorative yoga.

Through individual classes, students are able to get 100% attention from me, allowing refinement and proficiency to both come quickly and naturally. I'm a 200-hour newly certified yoga teacher from highly accredited senior Vinyasa teacher, Mark Stephens. I can also teach meditation and pranayama to those interested. See you in class!
