He's very knowledgeable about health fitness and a certified trainer with years of experience. He helps you with nutrition and training. I was very skinny and he helped me put on 10lbs of lean weight. I saw immediate strength gains. He believes that health is very important so he charges much lower than trainers at commercial gyms. I love the Perfect Trainer in Saratoga Village. It's all inclusive 1-on-1 training in a private setting. I feel relaxed and am not intimidated by all the hard bodies that like to show off all their muscles and how good they look. Lala is very thorough. I can ask her a question about any mobility/strength/conditioning issue and she'll always have an answer that makes sense and is practically useful. If you have injuries and need help with working out, I recommend Lala for great results. Lala's great for any fitness goals you might have even if you're not injured. She shared with me a comprehensive meal plan which I need to implement on how to cook and eat right. So she's pretty much a complete solution for me when it comes to strength training, mobility, cardio conditioning and fitness related nutrition.
Roger has been my trainer for around 6 years. He has proven to be very knowledgeable and totally competent as a health and fitness professional. Many of my physical problems have gone away after working with him.

He also has a wide understanding of training techniques so his training never is boring and always works the key areas. I am very glad I chose Joe as my personal fitness trainer. With my demanding work schedule, sedentary lifestyle and vegetarian food habits, I needed someone who can provide a tailor made fitness regime at my doorstep -- and Joe is delivering just that. He adopts a practical approach towards weight loss, is very friendly and flexible with timings (sometimes even flexible with days). I was never a regular at gym before; but with Joe, I feel motivated to hit the road and demonstrate that incremental progress. He makes the workout interesting by alternating the workout locations between gyms, outdoors and hills, brings his own equipment and experiments different workout sequences based on what I can endure.My goal is to reduce 40-50 pounds by Dec2015. I've lost 7+ pounds in just about same number of sessions. Hopefully I'll reach my target with continued support and patience from Joe. I am a mother of 3, when I first started with David I was about 15-20 lbs away from my total weight loss goal. I only had a few months to get to where I wanted before my wedding. My first appointment with David we went over my goals, I was educated on nutrition and what I could expect from my particular body type. I left feeling very confident that with effort from both parts I would indeed meet my goal! I train 5 days a week for 30 min and am down almost 10 lbs body fat and gained a total of 3 or more lbs of muscle In 4 weeks. I feel great and my confidence level is through the roof! David has pushed me to train hard and accomplish physical fitness goals I didn't think I'd ever could. Anytime I had problems with nutrition he always helped with a solution. He's incredibly knowledgable about the human anatomy and answers all my questions. Vanessa was my trainer for Boot Camp for about six months. Her workouts were amazing. She is so enthusiastic and positive and really makes you work hard. It was a group work out but she did a great job to check in with all of her clients individually during one session or another. After only a couple months of workouts twice a week my body definitely changed. Also not one of her workouts was the same. She is so creative with the routines and exercises. She is extremely considerate of your time and makes sure you get a full hour workout. I highly recommend Vanessa as a personal trainer. You will not be disappointed!!!!!
Out of the seven trainers that I've had at Equinox, 24 Hour Fitness, and various other gyms, Ana Barroga has distinguished herself as the most capable and effective personal trainer I've worked with. Her commitment to me as a person, attention to detail, and thorough explanations have not just given me a healthier body, but the tools and the knowledge for me to maintain fitness. Ana tends to carry her clients extremely close to her heart. She has done a great deal of research and worked extremely hard to come up with a plan that challenged me and allowed me to easily measure my success. This, coupled with her infectious enthusiasm, completely changed my attitude towards personal training and working out. If you are trying to ascertain whether or not to pick Ana as your trainer, let me be clear: Ana's skill set and experience loudly forecasts a future where she will be amongst the most sought after trainers in Los Angeles. I can't recommend her enough.
I have been working with Bill for just about two years and my fitness has improved significantly in that time. I initially signed up for general fitness training, but was excited to learn that Bill has professional hockey training experience. I had taken a five year hiatus from the sport and wanted to start playing again but was concerned about injuries at my now more advanced age. Bill was able to select targeted exercises to bring me back to playing shape and have fun in the process. Thanks Bill!
Omar was my fitness trainer twice a week for approximately 4 months. He was always prepared, professional and extremely knowledgable. He encouraged me to work harder as well as teaching me good body form and nutrition information. We set goals and Omar helped me achieve them. He kept a close eye on my progress and always made sure I was progressing. He is a positive and energenic trainer and I would highly recommend him.
Michael is an amazing trainer! I needed to get in shape for my sisters wedding.. At first we met three times a week, but as the wedding grew closer we met five times a week. He helped me lose 30 pounds and 15 inches in just 6 months!!!! He is great at keeping the workouts fun and interesting and he truely cares about making a difference in peoples lives.. I began working with Nate Moore a few years ago for the sole purpose of losing an extreme amount of weight. At the time I began working with Nate I weighed in at 230 lbs and after 16 months I was down to 125lbs. Prior to working with Nate I had joined several other gyms and always found myself getting bored and losing all motivation very quickly which resulted in not returning. Every single one of Nate's training sessions are exciting and he always provides new fun ways of challenging yourself regardless of your fitness level. His innovative training methods made me LOVE working out. Definitely not your typical boring workout routine. The level of dedication, energy, knowledge, patience and constant support that Nate provides is above and beyond anyone else that I've ever worked with. Danielle is a great trainer! She gives you a personalized meal plan, info for the supplements, workouts to do on your own. She also makes you do your own cardio, and she holds you accountable each week by checking up with you. I really enjoy her workouts and training sessions!

Working with Chris has been a great experience. He is totally professional and prepared to work hard every session. He brings really positive energy to our sessions. I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally. I would recommend him to anyone no matter what stage of fitness you are. He has set a great foundation for my future goal. Can’t thank him enough.
