- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Oasis IT Biz pricing: Discounts on repairs are usually lower priced here on Thumbtack than what you would pay when choosing BestBuys, Staples, etc. due to overhead costs and their employees. I have given a 10% discount when I found a cheaper part price therefore reducing cost saving the customer money. Another scenario is when a Business has multiple computer to fix making it easier to spread the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All customers are treat with the utmost professionalism. Introduction and a gather information to accurately begin work solving your device's problem. Show customer the issue was resolved. Discuss & Collect Payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I started by attending a few some vocational schools to get hands on training with computers and built basic transistor and micro-chip digital circuits troubleshooting training from: Computer Learning Center - Los Angeles, Associated Computer Technologies - Anaheim. I graduated from Golden West College back in 2001 earning an Associates in Business. I scheduled myself to take the A+ certificate in 2010 but did not pass the CompTia Exam. Currently I am working on my Security+ Cert then CSSIP.
