Introduction: I offer private and small group sessions, 30 to 60 minutes, as well as health and wellness retreats and nutrition consulting. In the gym, I really focus on my client's weaknesses and look for different ways to improve on them. I create a program for several weeks (typically 8 weeks) to improve those weaknesses, re-evaluate my clients and update the program and goals based on what we have accomplished. Always challenging and supporting my clients thru the process. I enjoy being able to interact with people all day and there's nothing better than helping someone get in a great workout and have them excited for the next time before they even leave. And sometimes, they are still smiling! Their motivation, determination and sheer will inspire me to continue to do what I do and remind me, if you put your mind to it, you can do it.

I met Hillary while I was transitioning jobs and was over weight and needed a jump start to get me back in the work out routine. Her beach workouts were the perfect fit. If you like p90x or insanity mixed with cardio on the beach, then her workouts on the beach are for you. She runs a super tight ship that is fun and supportive with different times that can work with your schedule. I like her Saturday morning classes in Huntington Beach because they get your weekend kicked off to a great start and we grab brunch together sometimes. Great people workout and support each other in Hillary's classes. Hillary goes to great lengths to make sure each person is challenged meet their personal goals. I recommend her classes to all ages and levels.

I have been training with Hillary One on one twice a week for one year now. I had a serious back surgery in 2013 and had intense physical therapy sessions. When first time I met Hillary (I saw her training someone at the park and liked her & her methods), I was not even allowed to lift more than 10 lbs or run. Being an athlete (I used to teach Tae Kwon Do: I have 2nd degree black belt), I was very frustrated for not able to do many things (as my doctor's order) that I wanted to do. Hillary gradually did increase the weights and exercise intensity as well as instilling my confidence and belief in my capabilities. Now I can feel so much more confident in my daily activities and exercises. I can run without any pain or worries. Lifting up 40+ lbs weights for my arm training is one of my proud workout:). oh yes, I now can wear fly high heels if I want to. Lol. Thank you Hillary. I love you💗🙏

I have worked with Hillary for personal training for a year and a half. It has completely changed my life. She really understands what her clients need and the accountability is what I was missing. I also attended a Palm Springs Retreat and it completely exceeded all of my expectations. I felt like I left with a group of amazing new friends and the support system that I have been missing. Everyone was open, loving and inspiring. I “thought” I was eating well, “thought” my workout routine was enough. “Thought” I was drinking enough water. However I quickly learned I was wrong. After putting everything I learned into action I immediately felt energized, slept through the night, lost weight and overall just happier and healthier. These were all small changes that I didn’t realize how badly I needed. The support group after the retreat has been equally amazing! It is a motivational and judge free space and I couldn’t be more grateful to of experienced this opportunity. This won’t be my last!

I did a beach workout with Hillary at 630 am. She was all set before I arrived and put me through the paces. During the workout she provided me the right amount of encouragement to keep me pushing it further without being too much. Looking forward to next week's session!
