Hi had them out to my condo last week, luckily had Ash as my tech along with his pal Ronnie (hope I got that correct) Ash could not have been a better more professional guy plus he and his pal had an excellent vibe and I felt relived. I also want to say the woman who answered my questions and quoted me was great because a lot of of these companies don't really tell you what the costs are because they can add a lot of things on. AC work is sort of the wild west, with RPVD. I was quoted a price for each duct, and the return duct then there is a no pressure. My condo was built in 1983 and it had a serious amount of the worst dust, and debris in the vents one could imagine. On top of that, Ash was kind enough to jump on my roof and take a look at my AC unit and we both saw a couple of things that need some care. While a lot of companies on thumbtack and yelp have 5 stars I did contact a handful and most really pressured me into a they have to come out for the estimate speech and I didn't want that. If they are an AC repair company then I'm sure they have a reason to but duct cleaning is its own job and I'd rather they do that and then let me figure out or see if I want something else done. I hope some of you will take my reivew and at least give this company a call and see if you feel comfortable with them. I'm sure you'll be pleased as I was, and for any do it yourselfers, because I am one there is no way you could do this without dropping a lot of money on equipment because my shopvac is nothing like what Ash and Ronnie had to bring... to do this job right. Pope Cyril is our go to contractor when it comes to our HVAC needs. A few months ago, we were dealt some unforeseeable home projects, as our HVAC was failing and needed to replace the whole system, e.g. Furnace, Blower, A/C, Condenser, Vents, etc... We reached out to a few HVAC companies so we could compare the bids for the job. We have had some issues with past contractors and after thoroughly screening a few of the contractors, we awarded the bid to HVAC services because of their superior customer service and very reasonable pricing. From Day 1, Ronni walked us through the process, and present us with a variety of options based our budget for the project. His customer service is the best as he did not oversell any services and did not nudge us towards buying a unit that would stretch our budget. On installation day, Pope Cyril sent out 2 guys, who were very polite and kept their work areas clean, and installed the whole system the same day. Definitely recommend them!

Ash and Rony were extremely knowledgeable, skilled, helpful, and professional. I needed a water heater installation on such a short notice. They came the next day first thing in the morning. They finished installing in 4 hours and left the place SPOTLESS! they took the trash with them. I highly recommend them. It was a pleasure guys!!

We give an invoice after the work is completed with detailed material and labor costs, so you know where the money goes. We also have special prices specifically made for our thumbtack customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our customers face to face, so we can actually listen to what they need, what they prefer to be done. We then give a detailed estimation, with the costs explained. After the work is done, and the customer is satisfied with it, we then give them a detailed and specific invoice that includes all materials and labor costs.
