Introduction: As Gallup-Certified Performance Coach, my mission is to help people identify who they are by recognizing their innate talents as individuals. Discovering the things that give you energy could lead to ultimate success in all aspects of life – work, relationships, school, and teams. I will coach you to develop talents into strengths as well as recognize the strengths of those around us to develop complementary partnerships in the workplace and life.
One of my focuses is is on the differences between individuals. I intuitively observe each person’s style, motivation and how each builds relationship. I hear the one-of-a-kind stories in each person’s life. I am a keen observer of other people’s strengths, I strive to draw out the best in each person. I believe that the secret to great teams is casting by individual strengths so that everyone can contribute what they do best to create a richer whole.
One of my specialties is in helping people access their stories and build emotional literacy, whether coaching, or leading workshops and seminars I offer practical tools for investing in natural talent and applying strength based performance to every aspect of life. My clients gain access to their personal narratives and develop the strength for personal and professional success.
I also find finds great joy in presenting Strengths Finder to individuals and teams, and am very comfortable in large group settings due to my background and experience. I understand how vitally important it is to know who you are and the confidence that comes with that knowledge. I find great joy in helping people and teams be the best they can be.
I will utilize my multiple certifications and assessments to create a unique coaching experience for each client.
