After having children, many of us disconnect from our personal goals, identity, and ability to care for ourselves optimally, amongst other things. I help you reconnect with your purpose, passion, goals, and integrate your new identity into the best version of yourself and best life now. I love working with groups, and connecting like-minded and spirited moms. I also provide one-on-one services to those who like a lot of personal attention. Either way, you can't lose.
